These words provided motivation for me as a junior in high school as my counselor sat across from me and spoke that over me. My hopes and dreams before me, a promising high school basketball player, looking to his counselor (a college football coach) for guidance. Ever since, the words “you will never (fill in the blank)” have field my fire even more. I later would earn a scholarship, and play college basketball at the same school that my counselor coached at. That was an awesome bonus. 😜 What I learned from all of that is that motivation and hard work pays off. If you are willing to work harder than anyone else, staying focused on your goals, and knowing that God made you for a great purpose, then you can achieve all your dreams.
It may not look exactly how it did when you started, but in the end you will be put in the situation that you were meant to be in. Whatever your specific dreams, identify what they are, and do what it takes to achieve them! Period. What dreams are you trying to achieve right now? Would love to hear from you!
