Sandcastle

When’s the last time you built a sandcastle? Because it was 100 degrees in Pasadena yesterday and there’s a few days left of summer we wanted a beach day. It was cool and overcast at the beach, which was perfect to build our castle. It took several hours and we had some creative differences along the way, but this is by far the best sandcastle we have ever made. It was so pretty I didn’t want to leave the beach unless we could take it home; Caleb basically had to drag me away. Grateful for pictures so I can always remember it. We got the chance to meet some kind people who also loved our castle and overall it made for a great date day (other than brush burned knee caps). I love being a team and doing creative things with my husband, even it’s as silly as a sandcastle. Are you looking forward to the end of summer beginning of fall? We love hearing from you all!
