I woke up this morning with a huge smile on my face. So thankful that I get to spend three more full days with my beautiful wife for Easter.
Today I am reminded of the freedom we received from Christ when He died on the cross. I have been reading Matthew lately and it's just perfect timing with Easter only a day away. The story of Jesus is so powerful and His love is apparent through the entirety of the story. God invaded earth to bring us the greatest gift of all, His son. And through His son we have a way out, a way to beat all of the pain, hurt, and destruction in our lives. There is truly nothing more encouraging than that. Today I am thankful for all things beautiful that He has created. Thank you Lord for bringing me small joys that turn into lifelong happiness with you. So happy to have someone like my wife to walk this life with and serve the Lord beside.
